(1) Commercial Building & Plot at Court Road, Karachi

National Press Trust (NPT) owns a commercial building constructed on a plot measuring 654.33 sq. yards and one commercial corner plot, measuring 648.47 sq. yard located at an ideal location, in the heart of the City, at Court Road, Karachi.

• NPT intends to lease out / rent out the plot and the building for 20 years for construction of commercial buildings / complex.
• NPT also intend to hire a Firm for providing Designing/Architect services

Interested Firms / Companies may send their proposals along with profile of the company / firm and other supporting documents including financial soundness certificate from their respective bank(s), detail of projects carried out in the past and in hand, etc. along with processing fee of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) (non-refundable) for each (Only for investors/builders) in the shape of pay order / Demand Draft in the name of National Press Trust.

(2) Commercial Plot at Azmat Wasti Road, Multan

National Press Trust (NPT) owns a commercial corner plot located at Commercial Hub of the City, Azmat Wasti Road, Hassan Parwana Colony, Multan measuring 5 kanals and 01 marla.

• NPT intends to lease out / rent out the plot for 20 years for construction of a commercial building / complex.
• NPT also intend to hire a Firm for providing Designing/Architect services

Interested Firms / Companies may send their proposals along with profile of the company / firm and other supporting documents including financial soundness certificate from their respective bank(s), detail of projects carried out in the past and in hand, etc. along with processing fee of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) (Non-refundable) (Only for investors/builders) in the shape of pay order / Demand Draft in the name of National Press Trust.
